Walking Tour: Zagreb Forests (Pt. 2): Kraljevec – Zagreb, Croatia – 4K UHD Virtual Travel

Zagreb is blessed with many forest parks – 17 in total. Kraljevec is a part of a larger wooded area known as the Forest Parks of the City Center (Park-šume centra) which includes: Cmrok, Dubravkin put, Tuškanac, Jurjevska, Rokov perivoj, Zelengaj, Kraljevec, Pantovčak and Prekrižje.

Forest Kraljevec lies on both sides of the street which is also called Kraljevec. It is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, accessible from the city center by bus or car and it can also be easily reached on foot as you can see in this video – first we’ll take the bus no. 103 from Britanski trg (British Square) which will take us to the bottom of both Kraljevec street and the forest. Then we’ll walk uphill through the right-hand portion of Kraljevec forest and then downhill along the Kraljevec street, Zelengaj street and back to Britanski trg (British Square).
