北海道総集編ですね。うに丼、豚丼、鮭の親子丼、そしてラッキーピエロでの食事、どれも特撰お墨付き。😸
旦那さんちみはいい嫁さんをもらった幸せ者だぞ❤
苫小牧のマルトマ食堂ならウニ丼はリーズナブルですよ。バフンウニ丼で3000円台でした。たまに安くなって1500円でこの前食べれました😁
キゥイさんが美味しそうに食べる顔を見れば幸せな気分になります。 私も本場のウニ丼を一度は食べてみたいです。
開店寿司とスーパーなんかのウニは明礬（みょうばん）に漬けたものが多いけど、おいしそうに見えても嫌な味がするね。それに比べるとミョウバンに漬けてなくて鮮度の高いウニは別物。
来岸港のそばのなぎさと言う店で食べたことがあるけどおいしかった。そこは朝獲れのウニだから鮮度最高。
でもウニ漁の時期は場所によって違います。根室あたりだと12月だったと思う。北海道でも東に行くほど紫ウニよりもバフンウニの獲れる比率が高くなるよ。
美味しそうすぎる
バフンウニも食べて欲しかったなー
