hi I’m Stu and I’m currently in China in
this video we’re going to travel to
Shanghai Disneyland using shanghai’s
metro

video today we’re going to Disneyland
Shanghai this is the next outting my
name is Stu hello if you haven’t already
seen we’ve got a travel video on the
channel of how we got from London Heath
row to here then went to Happy Valley
yesterday and in the evening we went to
the Bund so there’s three videos already
so if you haven’t subscribed you should

videos after I’ve gone to Disneyland
Shanghai we’re actually going over to
Disneyland Tokyo Disney C Fuji q and
Japan for a few days and then we’ll come
back for one more day in China before we
then fly home now I have been doing my
videos recently where I start at the
park however because it is China because
it is Japan if you are British and
you’re coming over here and you want a
little bit of guidance a little bit
guidance of how to get to the parks and
that’s why I’m kind of going back to the
style of us traveling to the park in the
morning type thing look at this this is
my morning view very Misty and look at
this I’m going to hold on to my phone
very carefully straight down this does I
didn’t dare open the window any further
but it does open a lot further now the
problem with this smog is that actually
it’s pretty bad at the moment what I
mean by that is on the Disneyland
Shanghai app yesterday when I was
checking the opening times for today it
said that their fireworks show had been
stripped back BAS basically so I think
from what it said it was stripped back
due to Shanghai law or China law
Shanghai law I’m not too sure um because
of their trying to their ways of trying
to tackle the smog type stuff
weatherwise it’s only up to 17° again
today but it’s actually like 6° now so
it is going to be quite chilly in the
morning so in case you wen’t aware from
the travel video the tube station for
this hotel is literally underneath the
hotel has actually an entrance to the
tube station
just at this door isn’t
it there we go Disney
Resort so 11 cost
five uh one ticket QR payment I just
need to scan my Ali alip pay now we
go I need to actually a look on the map
on where I’m actually get I’m not
decided yet so obviously I film on my
phone so to show you the whole process
but um I’m sure it’s the same with we
trap pay Aly pay was just the first one
I downloaded and it worked fine and it
has worked fine every single time
sometimes you scan their barcode or
sometimes you just show a barcode on
your phone when you show a barcode on
your phone that’s like contactless back
home essentially their barcode scan just
scans that and then just takes the
payment
instantly it’s good good little system I
need to work out where I’m actually
going so I need to get to Disney
Resort need to get to or Sports
Center I’m currently at Sentry
Park so I need to get
to Onan
road which is the one behind
me and then we’ll get the line
16 down to lotion Road and across the
Disney
Resort oh that’s where the maglab train
stopped the other day so I could have
got the thing I actually walked it in
the end right that’s this line
here see it’s one stop Central Park to
long road with the
connections it’s really I thought I’d
really struggled and stuff I was more
worried about China than Japan

but right it’s going to take about an
hour now to get from here to Disneyland
so I’ll see you

the
this bits grayed out it’s quite hard
with this color then you see the the one
that you’re on is on red and then the
color is the rest of the line of that
side so 1 2 3 stops to Disney

is I’ve not waited more than 3 minutes
for a train at any
point
so you saw then on the Metro
barrier that I tapped it and because
that’s been used like there’s no more
credit on it it ask you to insert it and
then it just obviously it eats it then
it’s still actually 3 it just eats
it that’s how they get them back and
then reuse them it’s a good system
oh it’s a lot chillier
here but we are here this is amazing

town is there Disney spring/ Downtown
Disney type area
so the gates open at half eight you can
pay to have an hour earlier
access okay I don’t you know what I
really haven’t got a
plan I’m not going to go on everything
for example not going to quue an hour
for Peter Pan’s flight you know that
sort of
thing because they are extremely similar
and I want to see the stuff that isn’t
similar that is different than the parks
that I’ve done in California and Florida
and Paris really excited for the Paris
the Caribbean Dark Ride and the part of
the Caribbean show I think that’s here
is it is it Tokyo pretty sure it’s here
those are two those are the two that I
really want
to
like
they’re the peak ones zootopia will have
big cues apparently have to queue to get
into the area in a
minute um
so we’ll see that is just a dark ride
but I’ve not seen anything about it any
PVS or anything of
it right the main entrance seems like a
bit of a walk to be fair very odd cuz
this must be Disney property right cuz
it’s all Disney signs and stuff are
loads of
touts and uh they they were lanyard that
the lanyard
for me are
hilarious seen videos of people selling
stuff going around in the park selling
stuff out the backpacks and stuff very
strange it’s going to be a busy day cuz
you see the people there doing they’re
doing like a snake round around this way
and back this
way going to be busy busy busy I canot
stress
how I’ve never seen anything
it’s busy the park doesn’t even look
that
big where are going to
go no joke it’s been about 10 minutes
now I get it there’s so many people here
there has to be control
but just
Jesus I’m going to have to look on
Google Maps when I get home when I’m
editing this
video on just how far this walk
is cuz it is a long long way if you
struggle walking good luck to you there
must be another there must be another
entrance or something you can do if
you’re struggling with your Mobility cuz
Jesus on my
phone very little steps from getting to
the hotel to the entrance of the
tube as in like you know you just sat
there don’t do
anything 2,700 steps I bet it’s not even
updated in the last 5 minutes yet for
all this
I’m not at the park yet I’m not even at
security
yet do I buy premium access is my next
CR I consider it I’m only here for a day
and a half tomorrow I’m not even here
for that for that for that
long
