Hi, thank you for the information. I have filled up my information with 1 family member, age 11 yrs old. However, I accidently registered for my daughter for not submitting vaccine certificate as the system keeps asking to load 3 vaccines whereby she only has 2 vaccines. On the other note, why the QR code color for immigration and customs are not the same ie blue?

Hi, thank you for the very informative video. Regarding family registration, i will be traveling with my wife and son 14yr old. We all have Smartphone and Email. My plan is each of us will just simply do the registration. My wife and i are adults but what about my 14year old son? Can a 14yr old register by himself?

I was just there for 10 days. Visit Japan Web I believe is the ONLY official app to use. Your goal is to get the QR code. It is NOT intuitive but it works. The Immigration guy seemed to know exactly how to get the 2nd Passport number actually added to the app as it would NOT save my Passport number correctly. I HIGHLY suggest having each person do their OWN forms and NOT everyone one one phone or else you'll be fumbling through numerous screens waiting to get all of your group through whatever station you're at. You still have to go to a Kiosk at Customs. Great video. THANKS.
Coming from a third world country visiting Japan is like climbing Mount Fuji. The requirements I have to pass are numerous to the Japanese embassy.

I'm a US Citizen. I was informed that I don't need a visa. Is this true?
The forms are not complicated. You get one QR code for everyone that was initially entered on the site I believe. Imagine this, you're just waking up, the Flight Attendents are handing out forms for all the people that "don't have the QR code". Numerous blank stares. The door opens and you are greeted by numerous Japanese folks looking for your QR code or the forms filled out. It was a Mini-chaos getting off my plane. I was in Delta One and was at the head of the lines but there were people panicking and others who had no clue. I had finally gotten the QR code just BEFORE I left Atlanta. All my screens were BLUE yet I had to fumble through numerous screens as I had to shows my Wife's BLUE screens also. You are then given a Pink piece of paper that you must show everyone along the way to Customs at which point I had to wait in line to enter more details about Customs that I already had done with the VJW site. I HIGHLY suggest every person that had a cell phone bookmark the VJW site after creating an account, all all of their info when on a computer and it hopefully will take the 2nd Passport numbers verifying the first passport number. Good luck if you have children. You'll have to be very patient. The Japanese folks were great, just a little unorganized at the Vaccination area.
As of now, I checked the QR Code for Quarantine procedure, but it said it's no longer required and QR Code is not shown anymore. Does anyone enter Japan during the past few days? Want to ask if we have to show anything at Quarantine procedure?
