私は香港在住の日本人。実はこのたび健康診断を受けに香港から一番アクセスのよい日本の玄関口である福岡は博多へ滞在することになりました。
地元の人間ではないのですが、これまでも一時帰国や体のメンテナンスの際には何度も足を運んできました。またこの街には私の大親友も住んでおり、彼女に会いにいくのも訪問する大きな理由だったりします。

久しぶりに上島珈琲店に足を運びました。私は独身時代からここの黒糖ミルクコーヒーが大好き。
朝ごはんを食べに利用したのですが、またまた魅力的なものを発見。ピザトーストセットです。
私は海外生活を始めるまで知らなかったのですが、ピザトーストっていうのは日本仕様のオリジナル。以前お友達が家に来たときに出したのですが、日本人じゃないそのお友達はびっくりしていました。雪印のピザトーストのソースが日本では普通に販売されていますが、香港ではあまりおみかけしません。
あの味おいしいんだけどなぁ、外国使用のピザソースとはまたちがってコクがあるというか、にんにくが少しきいてるのかな？
上島珈琲店のピザとーストは、家で食べるのと違ってまた格別美味しかったです。日本のパンは、小麦粉のクオリティが世界的にみてもかなり上質なものを使っているとききます。耳までカリッカリでウマウマでした。もしまだ食べたことない方いらっしゃいましたら、ぜひ一度お試しあれ。
