Why we almost LEFT JAPAN ✈️

we almost left Japan and it’s time to tell the truth life here is not as easy as it seems on social media like having a middle name made it almost impossible for us to get bank accounts here and even after we did it’s made it more impossible to use our bank accounts we’ve stayed up late at night doing overtime for companies that won’t pay us for it had to learn a separate language within Japanese for business speak we’re still bad at it gotten rejected from apartments for being you guessed it foreigners gotten scammed moving into apartments and moving out and gotten harassed on the train and food poisoning more times than we can count but believe it or not after all that we’re still here baby cuz for us Japan is worth it whether it’s the convenience the beauty or the other experiences we show on our channel we hope we can also show you the good

  1. Hey hitobitos, if you’re wondering HOW we’ve managed to stay in Japan this long then check out the linked vid 😚 there’s uhhh… a lot that’s been going on behind the scenes you’re not gonna believe 😳

  2. “Having a middle name made it almost impossible for us to get bank accounts here” as someone with two middle names one of which is eleven syllables long, I’m rlly stressing rn 😭

  3. I originally wanted to live to Japan but so many people say it’s hard and I agree I’ve never been there before but a lot of pellet say the language is hard and it’s hard to make money there so I chose South Korea instead

  4. the middle name thing, I have a two-part first name AND a middle name, but thank GOD I'm finnish so as a university student I can get extra support if I end up choosing to move over to Japan 🙏

  5. Harassed on a train? By whom? That's probably the most shocking part, considering how quiet and orderly railways are in Japan…

  6. I do not understand leaving your own country unless it's immigration or refugee. If my country offered me a chance I wouldn't leave

  7. I went this year and I still can't shut up about how awesome it was. There were downsides, but I found myself drowning my sorrows in their fabulous bathtubs lol

  8. I say best place to visit for like 2 weeks and then leave. Like visiting a family in NYC va actually staying there.

  9. The ability to walk around in a place where most stuff works most of the time, people can do their jobs properly, strangers usually leave you alone, there aren't homeless people or beggars everywhere, there aren't no go areas of cities and you aren't going to be robbed is really a privilege that people don't appreciate. I thought I was done with Japan, but after one day in the Philippines, I couldn't wait to come back. It's Europe level development but with Asian culture. That's why people love it. It's expensive, and it's a pain sometimes, but it's worth it. I'd rather take my chances with natural disasters than being robbed or beaten up by drunks or drug addicts.

  10. Japan is one of the loneliest countries in the world. Its birth rate shows this. They have people buying companions to fight loneliness.
