The negative impressions that Japanese landlords often have of foreign tenants mainly fall into three categories: 1. They do not separate their garbage properly or put it out on the wrong day. 2. They speak loudly or make noise at night. 3. They frequently invite other foreigners into the apartment or let them stay without permission.
