There are few options to travel from the city to Seoul airport but the cheapest option is the Seoul airport bus (airport shuttle Seoul) which has luxurious seats, modern amenities and punctual on time.
Peach airlines is a budget carrier favorite among budget travelers without any frills. I bought the ticket which was one of the cheap flights from Seoul South Korea to Osaka Japan. I had a WiFi router (rental) which I returned to the airport while leaving Seoul. The highlight of the journey happens to at Seoul airport ROBOT my true Seoul Mate.
