It is The Bandai, was completed in June 1929 and is a reinforced concrete bridge with six arches with granite veneer on the sides. The bridge is 306.9 m long and 22.0 m wide, and is widely established as a symbol and landmark of Niigata City.

I’m in the mood for finger food. I’ll take a cucumber. I got a cucumber with miso. So fresh! This is Miso. Miso is a fermented food made from soybeans, malt, and salt. It’s a healthy seasoning. We use miso for miso soup and many kinds of Japanese dishes.

A cucumber with miso is simply good! There are 6 kinds of salt for free. From the left, Sea salt in Niigata, Seaweed salt, Sea salt with bamboo leaves, Plum salt, Sea salt and Brown sea salt. I’ll have the pink salt with my cucumber. Beautiful Rich flavor! Alright! I’ll take my 3rd shot.

I’ll take this for my last shot! I’ll make warm sake by myself. Depending on the time of warming, you can choose the temperature you prefer. I’ll heat it up for 2 minutes. It’ll be 40 degrees Celsius(10 degrees Fahrenheit ). Itadakimasu!

Warming sake can have several effects on its taste, aroma, and overall drinking experience: Enhanced Aroma, Softer Flavor, Accentuation of Sweetness, Masking of Off-Flavors, Loss of Complexity and Temperature Sensitivity. It could be easier to drink. OK. Let’s move to a sushi restaurant. Niigata is known for its great sushi.

Because of fresh seafood, one of Japan’s most prized rice varieties. I am at very popular sushi restaurant in Niigata city , “Benkey” now. flounder. Salmon. Sardine. Theses sushi are so goooood!!! And last meal is my favorite ramen in Joetsu, Niigata Prefecture. I love this the most in the world.

This is definitely No.1 ramen. Thick Tonkotsu soup and best chashu (grilled pork) middle thin noodles. Everything is in one bowl. Damn good! You would like it! The name of this restaurant is “Agosuke”. Thank you for watching! Please press the like button and subscribe to our channel!
