Good evening! This time I will start from Tokyo Station. This time’s destination is Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture in the Tohoku region. Aim for Sendai Station by Shinkansen. First, let’s go to the Ekibenya Festival. At first I was thinking of buying an ekiben, but… I’m really curious about the knobs…

While I was thinking that, I found this set. “Kokugikan Yakitori”. This is nice♪ Furthermore, “Shonan Choice” is packed with Shonan snacks. The lineup of greeting cards is also good. And the Shinkansen I’ll be riding today is… This is the Tohoku Shinkansen. I get so excited when I board the Shinkansen.

Now, once we were seated, it was time for a drink. Enjoy it with beer! It sounds good♪ Ah, it’s delicious… oh! Looks like it’s worth eating. And Shonan Choice… Wow, I think people who like alcohol won’t be able to resist this. Okay! Let’s get started even before the train departs♪

Let’s start with the yakitori… delicious! The combination of yakitori and beer is the best. It’s elastic and has a lot of flavor. I feel like just being on the Shinkansen doubles the flavor. Since it was night time, the whole car was in a relaxing mood.

The meatballs are delicious too. The seasoning of the sauce is good. This goes for beer. Please feel free to grab a drink and take a look. Now, Shonan Choice too. Potato salad with Kamakura ham. Yes, it’s delicious♪ It’s just the right amount of salt and the texture of the ham is nice.

The marinated horse mackerel has just the right amount of sourness and leaves your mouth feeling refreshed. Scallops are also delicious. I want to hold onto it forever… Of course the beer will taste better too. You can enjoy a variety of flavors and it feels like a good deal.

No carbs, but it’s satisfying enough. I had plenty of time to get to Sendai, so I finished my meal slowly. This time, I was very satisfied with the Shinkansen gourmet food. It takes about an hour and a half from Tokyo to Sendai. After I finished eating, I relaxed while looking at my smartphone.

Well, we have arrived in Sendai for the first time in a while! When I got off the Shinkansen, the air was cold. This time, I booked an accommodation about 10 minutes from the station. The real activities start tomorrow. good night. Starting tomorrow, we’ll be eating lots of different things.

Good morning. I came to Sendai Station this morning. I plan on eating various things at the station until the scheduled time. I came to “Tachisoba Mori”, a stand-up soba restaurant. A popular menu item is the fried chicken curry nanban soba (550 yen). The rice set is also very filling.

Oh, the fried chicken is huge. This seems to be filling. Now, let’s start with the soup. Yes, it’s delicious♪ When I smell the spices, my appetite increases. The curry is creamy and mixes easily with the ingredients. I’ll also have some soba noodles. Soba noodles are soft. It’s delicious with curry.

The curry will be absorbed into the soba noodles. Let’s eat some big fried chicken. This is delicious too. Both the batter and the meat are soft. It’s worth eating. This goes well with rice. Curry, soba, fried chicken, and rice. I feel like I can eat it forever.

It was a breakfast that left me feeling full from the first meal. I finished it in no time alongside the office workers. Well, after leaving the store, I took a break at a cafe. I came to Minori Cafe Sendai branch. Please note that the screen may be blinking due to the lighting.

I was curious about the “Minori’s T・K・G” on the top right and ordered it (500 yen). The set drink was hojicha. It’s here♪ This looks delicious. Served with dashi soy sauce. There are plenty of toppings such as eggs, bacon, sesame seeds, and perilla on top of multigrain rice. Mix it gently.

Oh, it’s even more delicious than I imagined♪ The scent of sesame and perilla is nice. It would be better if there were fewer toppings for egg-fried rice. All the ingredients in this dish go well together and are very delicious. Multi-grain rice is also easy to eat.

It looks good for you, and what’s more, it’s delicious. I want to eat it every morning lol. The portion was small and the quantity was just right. Ah, it was delicious…Thank you for the meal! . After that, I relaxed while sipping on the leftover hojicha. The store was open and comfortable.

There are seats where you can use Wi-Fi and power, so it’s recommended for taking a break. After that, I did some work in the morning and then it was time for lunch. Well, I’ve been in Sendai for the first time in a while and I’m not sure where to go for lunch.

Today, I’m going to try a lot of Sendai’s specialty, “zunda”. The first place I visited was “Deli France Sendai” located inside Sendai Station. What I’m looking for is a bread called “Zunda Brioche” (170 yen). “Zunda” is a paste made from ground edamame. Yes, it’s delicious♪ “Zunda” is less sweet than I expected.

It also has a slight edamame scent. It’s not too sweet, so you can eat it as much as you like. “Zunda” is famous for “Zunda Mochi”, which is a rice cake sprinkled on rice cakes, but ` `Zunda” is also used in a variety of dishes.

In Sendai, you can discover all kinds of zunda cuisine. That’s why I quickly finished my first meal for lunch. Thank you for the meal! Let’s go to the next store♪ Next, take the escalator to the 3rd floor where the Shinkansen ticket gate is located. What I came to was “Zunda Saryo”.

Here you will get the “Zunda Shake” (336 yen). You can also drink this for eat-in. There was a seat overlooking the station. Well then, let’s have it right away♪ It’s been a while since I had the “Zunda Shake”. The sweetness of “Zunda” fills your mouth.

This one is quite rich and has plenty of edamame grains. Last time, I had a “Zunda Smoothie” at “Tamazawa Sohonten” next door. This one has more graininess and a stronger sweetness. If you like a refreshing taste, we recommend the Zanda smoothie.

It’s conveniently located next to the Shinkansen ticket gate, so you can buy right away. I quickly finished my drink and left the store. Oh, this is Musubimaru, a local character. Musubimaru is one of my favorite local characters. Illustrations are also included in souvenirs.

You can often see them in Miyagi, so please look for them. Next, let’s go to Hachi Sendai Station store on the 3rd floor. This time I’ll do takeout. The Neapolitan in the store is also delicious, but this is what I was interested in. “Koperitan” (380 yen) is the famous Neapolitan sandwiched between Koppepan.

I decided to buy this and take it home. Furthermore, go down to the 2nd floor and take out the “Zunda Cream Puffs”. Limited product of “Beard Papa’s JR Sendai store”. I also took one out (250 yen). Well, I left the station. I came to “Chinese soba Fujiya”.

This ramen shop is popular with locals and is only open for lunch. I ordered wonton noodles because they looked delicious (800 yen). Please note that the screen may be blinking due to lighting. It is expertly cooked in a large pot filled with gurgling hot water.

Looks delicious♪ There’s plenty of soup in one bowl. Start with the soup. Ah, it’s delicious…it’s a comforting taste. The gentle soup made with chicken stock and soy sauce soaks into your body. Chewy and delicious♪ It goes well with the soup and can be eaten easily. The chashu is thickly sliced and filling.

The wontons have a firm taste of melty meat. It had a very nostalgic taste. It has a relaxing atmosphere and is a restaurant you’ll want to visit if you’re in your hometown. Thank you for the meal! . I was very satisfied and went on to the next shop.

Along the way, I discovered a restaurant called Kani Masamune. The crabs in Sendai also look delicious. Lunch is reasonably priced at 1000 yen. I might try going sometime. Once I returned to the hotel, I deposited the food I had taken out at the station. The next shop is right next to the inn.

The restaurant is called “Beef Sashimi and Yakiniku Kotora Chris Road Branch.” There are many delicious-looking dishes such as “Yakiniku”, “Yukhoe”, and “Beef Sashimi”. This is the first store in Sendai that offers raw meat processing. The counter is spacious and has a calm atmosphere. Menu now.

The recommended dish is the “raw sea urchin yukke bowl” (2,500 yen). After ordering and waiting for a while… It’s here! The visuals are perfect. Bright red yukhoe is topped with yellow sea urchin and egg yolk. Now, let’s have a bite! It’s delicious…Yukhoe is sweet and rich.

This is delicious… it makes my mouth happy. Next, top it with sea urchin and enjoy it luxuriously. Yes…it’s blissfully delicious… The sea urchin is also extremely sweet and melts in your mouth. The kakuteki and salads are also quite delicious. Also break the egg yolk.

You can tell it’s delicious even if you don’t eat it… Of course I’ll eat it lol. It’s mild and delicious and will make you smile. The taste that enters your mouth changes all the time. And this is gari and ginger paste. You can eat it like this.

2500 yen for a normal lunch is a luxury. However, if you think that you can buy happiness for 2,500 yen, this is super affordable. After all, gourmet food is one of the best parts of traveling. Ah, it was delicious… It was a very satisfying lunch.

Now, let’s head to the last shop for lunch. After walking for about 10 minutes, I arrived at Murakami-ya Mochiten. Founded in 1877. This is the birthplace of “Zunda Mochi”. Enjoy Sendai’s specialty, “Zunda Mochi.” I ordered the three-colored mochi on the far right (670 yen). I liked being able to eat different flavors. .

From the left: “sesame”, “zunda”, and “walnut”. Everything looks shiny and delicious. First, start with the “Zunda Mochi” in the middle. Ah, this is delicious! . Creamy with a gentle taste. I like the flavor of edamame. The sweetness is quite modest and it is easy to eat. Next, we’ll have the black

Sesame seeds, which are surprisingly delicious . Chewy and full of sesame flavor♪ The sesame seeds are rich, but not overwhelming at all. And the last one is “walnut”. It’s also creamy. It has a mellow taste that is different from “Zunda”. The cross section of the rice cake is also beautiful.

After eating all the dishes while enjoying the differences between them… Apparently you can also eat the sweets lined up in the showcase. I ordered a sweet called “Sasano Shizuku” (200 yen). Contains one whole mandarin orange. Mandarin oranges are wrapped in a slightly salty jelly. This is also refreshing and delicious♪

It was delicious…Thank you for the meal! . Well, that’s about it for lunch, and I’ll head back to the hotel. You can enjoy the take-out products at the hotel. Let’s start with “Koperitan” from “Hachi”. A dynamic visual of Neapolitan and meatballs sandwiched between them. I’ll enjoy having this. Yes, it’s delicious♪

The flavor of the sauce goes well with the bread. It is thicker and more filling than yakisoba. Meatballs are also packed with meat. The peppers and onions were crunchy and fresh. Last but not least is Zunda’s cream puff. I’ll enjoy having this. Oh, this also has a surprisingly light taste.

It has a slight “Zunda” scent. There are a wide variety of dishes and cuisines that use “zunda.” If you come to Sendai, let’s look for other dishes. After I finished eating, I worked until night. Well, it’s night in Sendai. First, let’s eat some delicious meat♪

The first thing I came to was “Sendai Beef Yakiniku and Moji”. This is a restaurant where you can eat branded Sendai beef. Even one person could easily enter the store. I sat at the counter with a small roaster. What caught my attention was the 8 types of carefully selected Sendai Kuroge Wagyu beef.

This is a menu where you can eat various parts (2200 yen). For beer, I chose the “Yona Yona Ale” on the right (600 yen). After all, it’s beer at night♪ I also ordered “chilled tomato” (500 yen). Well, let’s eat before the meat arrives. Ah, so delicious…

The tomatoes are refreshing and the dressing is delicious. Please enjoy this slowly as well. And the long-awaited Sendai beef is here! I’m getting excited♪ The part of the meat is written on the tag. The meat on the left, which has no tag, is “kosankaku.” The top is “shoulder rose”.

First, let’s start with the lean “kosankaku.” Served with sauce. Ah, this is delicious! It has a nice crunch that makes you push back. The more you chew, the more flavor comes out. Okay! Now that we’ve gained some momentum, let’s bake more and more♪ “Uwamisuji” is served with “wasabi & sauce” and “rock salt.”

The rock salt lets you feel the flavor of the meat directly, and the wasabi is a nice accent. “Tombi” is thickly sliced♪. The red meat has a chewy texture and a strong meaty flavor. Sendai beef is characterized by its delicate fat and rich flavor. You’ll want to keep it in your mouth forever.

Next is the one I was most looking forward to making, the triangular roses♪ I cut this in half… Serve with sauce and rock salt. The best. Taste and sweetness as expected… Rock salt brings out the flavor of meat… I thoroughly enjoyed the Sendai beef. And the beer is going well.

Sendai is famous for its “beef tongue.” However, the other parts are also very delicious. Then, I ordered an additional “Salt Lemon Sour” (500 yen). Furthermore, I discovered “Sendai beef soup shabu” (1400 yen). Enjoy this meat with soup stock♪ Submerge the semi-thawed meat in the stock. Delicious…the flavor of the soup stock is nice.

Additionally, you can really taste the flavor of the meat. Should I keep the meat like this? Finally, what should I order? I had egg soup (500 yen). It looks hot and delicious. Ah, it’s delicious… I want to drink it forever…

It had a gentle taste, and I ordered it at the end and it was the right thing to do. There were other people around me who were eating Yakiniku alone. I was happy to be able to enter easily. Of course, there are other menu items that you may be interested in.

I would like to come again if I have a chance. Thank you for the meal. Well, there’s just one last thing left for today. I came to a shop called “Maguroya Yamamoto”. There was both standing and chair seating. Sendai is also famous for tuna from Shiogama.

You can also enjoy various other tuna dishes. Also, alcohol… I ordered a sake called “Gokai” (299 yen). For the dish, I ordered “self-made nakaochi tuna” (480 yen). Yes, it’s delicious♪ It’s rich and fatty. Serve by scraping it little by little with a spoon. In addition, I ordered an additional fried tuna (480 yen).

Served with sauce. The meat is soft and delicious♪ When you bite into it, the flavor comes out. Furthermore, three kinds of tuna assortment (780 yen). The types are “Bincho tuna” and “Bigeye tuna.” It has a refreshing taste and is delicious♪ Here you can eat a variety of things at reasonable prices.

I also ordered “Self Toro Taku” (300 yen). Enjoy the tuna and pickled takuan together. delicious! The crunchiness of Takuan is good. The quantity was also just right. And finally, the fish “arajiru” (300 yen). Ah, it’s delicious…I feel relieved. The flavor of the fish oozes out.Today was

A day where both meat and fish were delicious.Sendai has many specialties. I was able to enjoy a lot over the course of a day. Well, that’s it for the Sendai edition! How was that. Please take a look at the next video♪
