in this part of my Japan food trip, I travel from Hakodate to Takayama. On the way, I return to the Associa Hotel in Yokohama and have some of my favorite local foods. We also went to check out Chinatown in Yokohama, which is Japan’s largest. After a one night stay in Yokohama we continued towards Takayama briefly stopping at Nagoya Station.
