Clothing and food wear buildings are well heated inside so wearing layers that can be put on and taken off easily are the best you can do wearing a proper winter jacket a thick sweater or a fleece cold and windproof pant warm inner layers for upper and lower body
Kept us warm while we were exploring the festival in my opinion having the proper foodware is the most important element make sure that you have snow boots and when you are walking on the streets walk carefully since you are basically walking on ice we like saporo so much that we are going back
