five days spent in TOKYO🗼🍜🍡 // japan travel diaries, ep. 1 ✩₊˚.⋆☾

come spend five days with us in tokyo!🗼 this vlog kicks off our big 3 week trip to japan with a few delirious and heavily jetlagged days spent exploring japan’s bustling capital city.

part one of my big japan trip together with my wonderful friend cassie finds us running across the shibuya crossing, exploring tokyo disney sea, swimming around teamlab planets, almost passing out atop tokyo tower, stumbling across the meiji jingu shrine, and visiting the most adorable cat and capybara cafe (yes, the capybara song was playing in my head the entire time we were there lol) – and of course, my favourite part: the studio ghibli museum in mitaka! totoro, tot-o-ro… 🌼

i’m so excited to share the first part of this 3-part japan travel series with you guys. i know it’s taken me ages to get here (we took this trip all the way back in march ahdjshd), but i wanted to make sure this vlog was extra special. this entire japan adventure has such a special place in my heart 🧡

stay tuned in the coming weeks for parts 2 and 3 of this series, which will take us up and close with mt fuji, feeding the deer in nara park, and hanging out with snow monkeys in the mountains of nagano! ⛩️
