Could Fukui and the Hokuriku Sanken region become the next top destination in Japan?

Scheduled to open in March 2024, the extension to the Hokuriku Shinkansen bullet train will make Fukui Prefecture – along with Ishikawa and Toyama prefectures, part of a region known as the Hokuriku Sanken – much easier to access for travelers from Tokyo. You’ll be able to get there on one train in under three hours!

With the improved access, some amazing locations to explore, and traditional Japanese craft experiences on tap, could Fukui and the Hokuriku Sanken be Japan’s next top travel destination?

Join us for the experience and see for yourselves.
