The first part of my big three-week Japan trip. The first, slightly truncated start to a country I have been obsessing about since I was a young lad.
The idea is to visit as many amazing places as possible and try and eat as wide a variety as possible of Japanese dishes.
On this first stage we ate:
Tonkatsu Curry at COCO Curry
Some over-priced nibbles at some bar on Nonbei Yokocho street
Gyozas at Gyozalo
Ramen at Fūunji

The city is extraordinary and was a delicious and vibrant start to our journey.
