We’re off to show you another festival – but this time, not Japanese, but something from international. The Thai Festival, organized by the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Fukuoka, will be held in Tenjin in the evenings. A total of 17 Thai food booths will be set up in the outdoor venue, and stage events such as performances of traditional musical instruments, Thai dance, Muay Thai shows, and band performances will be held. From 20:00 on each day, there will be a bingo tournament where you can win round-trip pair tickets to Thailand and other great prizes! Tuk-tuks will be on display, and the “FUKUOKA” photo spot monument in front of the Kihinkan will be transformed into Thai-inspired colors, adding to the festive atmosphere of the event.

Just wanted to say what an absolute pleasure it was to meet you both today. We are big fans of what you do and we watch you all the time back in Canada. We are here visiting our family who we haven’t seen in years and are heading back home in a couple of days. My son was especially excited to meet you both. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip here.
