I’m in Japan! I’ve been brought to Japan to explore and show how Japan has changed and what tourism is like without foreigners, My business visa has meant that I am very busy but at the same time I have some free time to explore and show you what things are like!
This is the first in a series of vlogs sharing my experience .. I hope you enjoy

How were you able to enter japan? Video coming of the process? 🙂
Your quality is too good for 8k subs! Let’s get you to 10k! 🙌
Great video Nathan! Like your editing. I can't wait to get back to Japan.
you're really the luckiest guy ever!! wow i never knew there was a sushiro in Shibuya~~ please check out that sushi chain!
I certainly agree great video . Thank you.
Awesome video, dude! So happy that you're making your dreams come true. I hope this leads to many more open doors and opportunities!
Not going to sleep on plane and sleeping when it’s night time in Japan is best way to avoid jet lag for me
Usually I'm so jet lagged I don't remember doing much beside sitting around hacked off that I can't check into my hotel until 3pm. But I always try to stay awake until at least 10pm. One time we went to a gig… not recommended, my head was spinning halfway through the show.
Are those cooking chop sticks? They appear too long. Lol
Great video my friend! Happy for you 🙂 Enjoyyyy
Please don't give Japan so much credit by saying you are the luckiest guy in the world for landing in one of the most conservative countries ever 😳😐 Japan had such a downgrade… I understand your feeling but don't make it anything to boast about 😂
Why supporting an image Japan didn't try to take care of? Why covering it in a beautiful image when it neglected all its international admirers for so long.
Since Japan decided to not open yet, I told my gf that it's best to breakup our 4 year relationship cuz I'm not getting anymore younger and lost my patience.
I've found I've got to stay busy for first two days to try and get onto normal sleep cycle asap. Nice a new place to not see Fuji san. The only clear views were flying into and out of Japan..
That view… Wow
After arrival, force yourself to stay up (caffeine) and then go to sleep only in the late evening. Do whatever necessary to resist naps on arrival day. Get up next day (probably going to be early due to jet lag) and get out and do stuff and keep moving so you don't think about that nap in the early afternoon your body is begging for. Gets tougher the older you get. But I think jetlag is a small price to pay for traveling to Japan….
Has anyone here been on one of their “guided tours”?
Jet lag? The flight from Sydney to Haneda Tokyo only takes 10 hours, with a 9.30pm departure arriving at 5.30am the following morning. Being a redeye flight, passengers quickly fall asleep after the dinner service, with a beneficial eight hours of sleep being gained. Tokyo is only one hour behind Sydney. ✈ 🗾
The reason why Ninja has earned a business visa, which allows him to visit Japan before anyone else, is this: Ninja does the work. There is no substitute for doing the hard yards. So, Ninja should be rewarded accordingly.
Well done, Ninja! 🇬🇮 🇯🇵 ✈
Tne best thing for Jet lag is a Sauna and Massage.
Loving the content!
Great work you earned this Nathan
Great Video!
Did you tell asahi nippon?
Don't know how you got a business visa. I have looked into that many times over the years. It's a quite involved process. You have to open a business bank account in Japan and deposit 5,000,000 Yen. You also have to develop a business plan with a budget and pro forma income statements (based on an already operating business in your home country). Also an office must be rented (you cannot run the business out of one's personal reidence or hotel). You have to have a staff of 2 or 3 people. Etc., etc.. Did you actually get a 'work visa' where a company sponsored you? That is completely different than a business visa.
I’m lucky that Japan is only 1 hour difference than Australia. Your jetlag was showing with the 365 degree views 🤪. I’m so glad you got back there and can’t wait to see more videos from your trip ♥️
I had jet lag for a week when I visited my family in Germany as they are one day behind nz. Cool you are in Japan currently.
Congratulations on making it to Japan. I also recently arrived and am hanging out in the Nagoya area. I also consider myself lucky.
Jetlag in Japan: Lots of viewers have great insight here.
Traveling from Canada to Japan every year for the last 13 years, (going back again this year), I've found it best to get good sleep the night before your flight, NOT sleep in the plane the last 4-6 hours of your flight, drink a coffee after you land to push your sleep rythm back, and force yourself awake until at least 9pm that evening when you land.
I’m so stoked for you dude, enjoy Japan for all of us who can’t visit her yet. Aloha from Hawaii.
Hello! I have a question about how did you get to enter the county?
Cool video man! What are the restrictions for entering Japan now?
Yes you are !!!!!
Thanks for this Vlog Nathan 🙂
When I arrive in Japan I try to go to bed at midnight and to force myself to wake up at 6am, go to breakfast and start my day.
I often see Japanese passengers watching movies throughout the night flight so they can sleep early on the arrival day.
Truly, genuinely, and wholeheartedly happy for you dear Nathan
Keeping myself awake hasn't been a problem, I walk a lot and get out in sunshine until the sun sets (avoid anything involving fine motor skills lol), but sleeping when it is "local time" for sleep but I am not tired is a problem. I haven't tried it but I think an onsen prior to local bed-time would help, as my best sleeps have been after hot spring soaks.
How did you get into Japan? On an approved tour? Thank you.
