Beautiful Family!
Hays said it best: share! So much wisdom from Hays.
Love your vedeo Steph and Pete you are an amazing couple with your cute cute kid, keep up your goal and thank you so so much for exploring Philippines, stay safe.
So hot spring is basically just water from underground that is heated by magma which are usually found nearby active volcano, just like where you are now. 😉😉😉
Visit Siquijor island, a neighboring island of Negros.
Steph and Pete….Negros isn't more popular as it is now simply because it doesn't have lots of things to do and see. Yes, they have waterfalls but they're far fewer, hard to reach and without deep pools conducive for swimming safe enough to both kids and adults. Wait until you set foot on Cebu. Cebu is the most visited destination in the Philippines because it really has lots of things to do and see. Cebu has over 112 waterfalls systems with close to a thousand individual waterfalls and cascades with equally multiple deep turquoise blue pools in each system. Yes, Cebu's waterfalls possess that unique turquoise blue water that is both clean and clear that you can see the bottom despite it's depth. Most of Cebu's waterfalls are also very easy to reach from either the major or minor roads that even kids and septuagenarians can easily get to.
Love casaroro falls and those hot springs too. Probably one of the most beautiful waterfalls is Just a short ferry ride across to southern Cebu in Oslob (where the whale sharks are), called Tumalog falls. Lots of hot springs around the country probably due to volcanoes.
Let your kids enjoy the water parks in Cebu where most big resorts offer. Aside from the Cebu Water World, Cebu has large resorts and hotels with multiple swimming pools designed for the whole family aside from the beach like Solea Mactan Resort, JPark Mactan Waterpark, Shangri-La Mactan, Dusit Thani Mactan, Plantation Bay Mactan, Tambuli Residences and Resort Mactan, Sky Water Park at JCenter Mall, Westown Lagoon in Mandaue, etc. You may also like to take your kids to country's 3rd biggest mall, SM Seaside Cebu where kids can go to several indoor and outdoor playgrounds including water play, trampoline park, ice skating, among others.
There are lots of hot springs in the Philippines. Laguna which is only an hour away from Manila and you can enjoy different resorts with hot spring. The nearer the resort to the mountain the hotter the water. ❤️
Finally got round to catching up on the missed videos. Really great video. I think this is one of the best edited ones so far.
You've really smashed background music levels, editing and song choices, and even better is you perfectly knew which bits to keep in and trim out. This was a super well edited video c:

Hot springs are caused by volcanic island that's why it's warm water. 😂 Metro Manila ha near hot springs resorts in Los Baños and Calamba towns in Laguna caused by mystic Mt. Makiling inactive volcano. Almost all resorts lined up in main road only you gotta select your best resort
Hotspring is hot water that is heated by an old volcano. It takes many hundreds of years for a volcano to cool down. The steam you saw coming out of the wall near the road is geothermal hot water. In Hotspring, they have removed the ocher that is in the water (Hence the name Red Hot Spring). Ocher is iron. In the old days in Denmark, ocher was gathered and weapons and tools were made. I don't know if that has been culture in Negros.
Hot Springs in the Philippines are mostly near volcanoes. So the heat from the hotsprings are coming from the geothermal energy or activity of a nearby volcano…given Philippines seats on the Pacific Ring of Fire. Which is why Japan and Korea also has many hotsprings.

hot spring -> spring that is hot, because the water is heated by the earth -> some part of a volcanic system…
hot springs are usually near volcanoes
like, Camiguin island (just off the northern coast of Mindanao)
