Anthony Bourdain knew exactly where to find the best food in Tokyo!
We visited the sumo district of Ryogoku to try the legendary Ozeki Chankonabe—a massive, umami-rich hotpot stew packed with pork, chicken, meatballs, and mochi that sumo wrestlers eat to bulk up. We also had to try the Kobore Sushi, a generous, spill-over mountain of tuna and ikura! 🍣✨ It’s an absolute must-try for any foodie visiting Japan.
