Grand Sumo tournaments are held in Tokyo in January, May, and September in Osaka in March, in Nagoya in July, and in Fukuoka in November. Each tournament lasts for 15 straight days, and rankings are decided by the number of wins. Tickets can be reserved through the Japan Sumo Association or Ticket PIA websites. We TJT can also help with reservations. Just DM us your group size and preferred dates. At the venue, there are first floor and second floor seats. The closer you are, the higher the price. You can choose regular seats or massub seats where groups can sit together. Each day is long, starting with rookie matches in the morning and moving to the top wrestlers in the afternoon.
