Naminoue Beach (波の上ビーチ) is Naha’s urban beach – perfect for enjoying the sun, swimming in crystal-clear waters, and still being close to the city’s attractions.

📍 Location: only a 15-minute walk from Kokusai Dori (Naha’s main street) and about 10 minutes by car from Naha Airport. You can also reach it easily by local bus or taxi.

🏖️ It’s the only official swimming beach in Naha, with designated swim areas, showers, and basic facilities. Right next to the beach is the sacred Naminoue Shrine, combining culture and nature.
