I rode a straight line on Kabejima Island in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture. It’s a rare straight, empty road in Japan. There’s plenty of elevation change, making it a pleasant place to ride a bicycle.
It takes about an hour to get to Karatsu City from Fukuoka Airport by rental car. Please come and visit us. The squid sashimi is excellent.
