We Got Mobbed by Deer in Nara Park – Japan Travel Vlog

Hey, here you first, then you. Good. You’re
getting it. Relax. Night night. Night. Guys, we have made it to Nara Park. If you look
around, you see all the deer off in the distance. We’re going to be feeding them. And they actually
bow to you, too. So, we’re going to show you guys all of that. Please. Hey, dude. I haven’t even
bought him yet. You want some? Bow. Good. Good guy. Good. Yeah. No more. None for you. We
got to share. Good job, buddy. There you go. So, we are going through the bamboo
forest with the rich. Good morning, travelers. We are here in Osaka, Japan.
And today we’re heading to Nara, which is a beautiful park with deer all over and seven
temples for us to visit. This is the meeting spot as you guys see everybody here with all these
tour buses. We’re looking for our tour guide, Joy. And then we got a little bus ride up to
Nar, which can bring you guys along with go and uh we’ll check out the temples and
pet the deer. So, let’s go guys. Guys, we have made it to N Park. If you look around, you
see all the deer off in the distance. We’re going to be feeding them and they actually bow to you,
too. So, we’re going to show you guys all of that. But there’s so much history here. This is going
to be a lot of fun. So, let’s get over. We’re going to buy some treats right now for the deer.
Look at them all. Look at that. Just chilling. Check this out. I have nothing. Wow. Look at they
cut their their horns and you can also touch them. I left my phone in the bus, so I
got to go grab that real quick. See, the bus driver All right, you guys. I left my phone on the bus,
so I jumped on another bus. This driver was nice enough to let me on. And then I just
got to get on that bus. Oh, if I could. Yeah. So, this white bus has my phone. Thank you. Can I get my phone? Okay. All right. That wasn’t so bad. Did it now? Thank you. Everybody here is so nice. All
right. So, while I was getting my phone, Vanessa got the snacks, which are
these right here. And you guys can see you buy these. And they are,
what are they called, baby? Rice rice cracker. It’s a rice cracker. Yeah. And look at this. Do you have
uh the crackers, baby? I do. See, he bowed. Bowed. Good boy. Good
boy. There you go. All right. Good dear. They were telling us on the way here
that these deers have been here for centuries, thousands of years, and they have actually
learned, if you watch here, they’ve learned to bow from their parents. And it’s a sign of respect
to get the treats. And they are sacred here for uh for the locals. And they mow the
grass. If you guys notice the grass here, there’s no grass because look it, as
you can see right there, the deers just eat the grass constantly. Look at this one.
Yeah. Come here. Come here. Watch. Bow. Bow. Yeah, good boy or good girl. Uhoh.
Here they come. Here they come. Look. You see? Bow. Bow. All right. Got him coming
up. Oh, bow. No. Nothing. There you Oh, look at that one. Bow. All
right. Up here, baby. Oh, you got my shirt. Yeah. Okay. Go like this. Hey,
listen. Look at him getting nippy. Night nice. There you go. Good job. Yeah,
there you go. Good. Thanks. They give you They give you little nibbles to let you know. Oh yeah. Now put
your hands up. Nice. Nice. Yeah. Nice. Nice. Let me just pet you. Good boy. Good boy. B. Yeah. Just a little piece.
Sorry. I got no more. Nine. This is awesome, guys. If you get a chance
to come out to Nara Park, feed the deer, and just see all the people having a good time out
here with nature. It’s a lot of fun. They are a little rambunctious, but it’s fun. Huh? Are you
sneaking up on me? I have I have nothing. Okay, we’re going to go buy some more biscuits, guys.
This is a lot of fun, and these deer are really cool. I think if you’re just calm and kind of
mellow, they don’t really attack you much. It’s when you freak out and they think you have more
cuz I’m walking around with two biscuits right here in my hand and they’re not coming up and
attacking me. So, like look at this little one right here bowing. Bow. Good job, buddy. There
you go. Great job. Okay, let’s keep going. See that? Look at this. Love the horns. Good job. There you go, buddy. There you go. These guys getting attacked. Here. Here
you go. Here you go. Here. Here. This is awesome, guys. This is really
an experience you have to try at least once. Get over here to Nara Park. Check
out the deer. They’re all hanging around the biscuit lady. They know where their
food comes from. Let’s get some more here. Uh, two, please. Hey, dude. I haven’t
even bought them yet. Let me buy some. Okay. Um All right. Hang on. Okay. Bow. Good boy. That’s it. Let’s go this way. All right. Now, this is a little crazy making
our way through here. these biscuits in our hand, but we’re going to try it. They advise to hide
your biscuits as soon as you get them or you’ll get mobbed. But I think we’re going to be all
right. Bow. Good boy. There you go. No more. You want some? Good. Good guy. Good. Yeah. No
more. None for you. We got to share. Good job, buddy. There you go. I wonder if
these guys ever get full. Really, we’re just giving them these crackers. As you
guys can see right here, it’s a little rice paper cracker thing. All natural. And this has been
given to these deers. They said for thousands or probably hundreds of years. For hundreds
of years, they’ve given them these treats. There you go. You guys get it.
Good. There you go. Very respectful. Okay. Relax. Watch my nuts. I’m taking them back there. Yeah. Down. I’ll
take that one. Okay. Everybody ate. Let’s go. Wow. Hey. Hey. You first. Then you second. Okay.
Okay. And you third. Hey. Here. You first. Then you Good. You’re getting it. Relax. Hey. No.
Nice. Come here. Let’s go to this or Yeah. Hey. Hey. Hey. Okay, we’re good. Night. So, what’ you think,
my love? Wow, they’re hungry, let me tell you. Look at Look at my shirt, guys. That’s all. That’s
cute. They try to eat me. Deer teeth. They didn’t even have anything. Well, one of them knew that
it was in my purse, right? All right, we’re back on the bus. And it was a lot of fun. Yeah, those
deer. You guys are not like the deals. Yeah. Yeah. Those deer like to eat those crackers. And man, if
they know you have them, keep them hidden. That’s number one advice is hide them. I had them out. It
was no big deal. But the majority of the people, yeah, the majority of people, you want to hide
it and don’t let them see cuz they’ll gang up on you. But they uh they’re cute, they’re hungry, and
they’re a lot of fun. On to the next stop. Say hi. If you want, you can start. Go first. Okay, start
with the Oh, excuse me, sir. All right, you guys. Let’s look around these temple grounds here, and
you could check out how beautiful everything is. And then we’re going to eat all that street food
that we just walked by on the way up here. [Music] [Music] All [Music] right, you guys. As we’re making our way through
the temple, you can see they’re having these grilled cheese sandwiches we’re going to try.
They’re filled with mozzarella. And let’s see how they taste. Vanessa is giving this a try.
Show show the people what it is. The whole thing. Really cute. Look at this. Yeah. Look
at that. You got the temple on there and then kind of like a pastry kind
of like a waffle exterior. Tastes like a waffle. I haven’t
gotten into the cheese yet. Don’t know yet. Still no cheese.
All right, let’s give this a shot. Maybe it’s mixed in. But it’s good.
It really does. Tastes like a waffle. It’s supposed to be Excuse me.
supposed to be mozzarella cheese. M. That was so good. Guys, we’re going
to get a lemonade and some Wagu beef. Yeah. All right, guys. So, we got
one waggy beef, right? Oh, yeah. Yep. Go ahead. You go first. Cheers. Wagon beef in Kyoto, Japan. Delicious. Mhm. Yeah. It’s just a soft, juicy cut of meat
that melts when you bite it, right? And this barbecue sauce is not like an American barbecue
sauce. More like a almost like a teriyak, but not teriyak. But it’s delicious. Salt and pepper.
So, you get a real genuine flavor. So good. Yep. All right. Now, I’m going
to try the salt and pepper. M. So simple, but so much flavor.
I like the salt and pepper. All right, perfect. M [Music] going to try some
more stuff. The sweet potatoes right there, you guys, that we’re going to try. The yakisoba
noodles. We’re going to try. You guys are playing. All right, now we got these noodles. Let’s give these a shot. Look at these guys. How
delicious does this look? Try, dude. They’re good. This is really like sweet
and it really has that sweet profile. All right, let’s go see if Vanessa’s
getting this yummy, yummy ice cream treat for later. Yeah. What do you think? There you go, baby. All right. Have this
later. Strawberry custard delicious treat. [Music] All right, guys. We are walking to
a bamboo forest with our group. You can see behind us. Everybody’s coming
along. So, let’s go check this out. So, one thing about this place is it is super
crowded with tourists all over. Just look around. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] [Music] We’re waiting to get on a rickshaw cuz
you see over there. That’s what we’re going to be doing. And this guy, I
mean, he chose to do this job. So, he’s going to have to deal with 225 lbs of
me and a whole lot and my baby tell you. But I think they Those big tires make it easy for
them. You’ll see like the big tires, they lift the front and then they just have to pull us. But
check it out. We got the referees coming here. Yes. All right. Oh, right here. Okay. Are you put underneath me? Yes. Hold
on. Hold on. Okay. All right. Okay. Here we go. So, we are going through the bamboo
forest with the rick shot. Oh, okay. Look at that. Sun cover. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Let’s go. Thank
you. All right, here we go. Wow. Wow. Bakery. Okay. Hi. Hello. This is crepe.
Oh, yummy. I love crepe. Yeah. All right. Okay. All right. Thank you. Oh buddy. [Music] [Music] [Music] All right, guys. So, we’re in the bamboo
forest. We got the best driver in the city. I’m sure. Yeah, I’m pretty sure they’re all
as good as this. But we’re going to call this guy the best driver cuz he’s amazing.
Great attitude. And just look around. Look at the wind blowing the bamboo.
See that? Beautiful. No, no problem. [Music] [Music]
