more than one regret was had at the biggest flea market in tokyo this is the oa racecourse flea market and a must visit in my opinion and here’s why it’s open every weekend from 9:00 a.m to 2:30 p.m and boasts up to 600 vendors and lots of food trucks you’re going to find booths selling anything from clothing jewelry ceramics vintage toys antiques and knickknacks vendors here were so friendly and knowledgeable and i found that everything was incredibly affordable i picked up this 80-year-old ceramic cup for $5 and the seller even joked that the newspaper wrapping was even older and as i’m editing this i’m wondering why i didn’t buy more i mean look at the vintage matcha bowls in this apothecary drawer for only $8 i’m really kicking myself for not picking up more because i think it would totally be worth the shipping fees but i did end up grabbing this beautiful antique ceramic cup to add to my tea shelf and the vendor was even open to heaggling and i got $10 off plus i got this vintage teacup shelf that was only $50 if you know how much i paid for the one in taiwan you would say this was a deal k said it won’t survive the plane ride but i’m gonna treat it like a lego set and put it back together because every wife knows that their husband cannot possibly be right or else we would not hear the end of it so follow along for more tokyo treasure hunts and to see me put this back together out of pure spite

I’m still kicking myself for not buying more at this amazing flea market in Japan. Do you see the apothecary drawers? The ceramics I left behind?! I MUST go back and you have to go if you’re ever in Tokyo! (And bring cash 💴!)
