Hi everyone! Just sharing a spring travel vlog from last year. We finally got to visit Yufuin in Oita Prefecture! It was so beautiful because we were surprised by the full bloom of sakura trees in the area. 🌳

Kaila’s travel notes:
Day 1 – April 1 / Monday
* 5:30- Left early to avoid rush hour
* Narita airport terminal 3
* 10:20- Oita airport arrival
* Oita airport: Stamps & ashiyu
* 12:00-13:00- Rode Yufuin Liner Bus
* Lunch at Yufuin (食楽処 和 （なごみ）)
* Ice cream for dessert
* Explored Yufuin area
* 3PM – Yufuin Floral Village hotel check-in time
* Walked around to see sakura
* Food trip: Goma, curry pan, irodori dango 🍡
* Donguri no Mori (Studio Ghibli shop)
* Oita riverside sakura (so beautiful!)
* 6PM – Udon for dinner
* 8PM – Onsen time
* 9PM – Sleep

Day 2 – April 2 / Tuesday
* Woke up at 6AM
* Filmed early at Yufuin Floral Village
* Melon pan & tea for breakfast
* Tenso Shrine
* Retro Motor Museum (outside)
* 9:30 AM – Miffy Forest Kitchen (Yufuin)
* Yufuin Showankan – 1,200 JPY
* Tori Meshi takeout for lunch
* 12:30-13:27 Yufuin no Mori first train (going to Beppu)
