Join me on this Trip Report with Thai Airways Class (TG) on their Airbus A350. This flight video also covers Munich International Airport and the Lufthansa Senator Lounge.
We’re doing a tour at the Lufthansa Senator Lounge H-gates. The flight between Munich and Bangkok was a great experience!

I started my experience at Franz Josef Strauss Airport, in Munich. After check in I continued to the great Senator Lounge for German food and drinks.
.
The Thai Airways Business Class on board the A350 offers an amazing seat and great legroom.

Thai Airways food and drinks are included in the ticket. I had delicious Thai food for dinner and breakfast on this flight. Thai offers Laurent-Perrier and Piper-Heidsieck champagne. However, on this flight, Piper was not available.

Do you have any questions about the flight or the video? Let me know in the comments and thanks for watching!

  1. Very nice flight report. Yes I flew Thai Airways many times. It is one of my favourite airlines and I am planning to book in 2024 from Munich to Bangkok. That is why I am very interrested in your report today. Khop Khun Mak Krap🙏😊

  2. I flew 3 times in business class (A350) on Thai Airways this year between Europe and Bangkok and once between Melbourne and Bangkok. Just came back from Bangkok and the latest flight was outstanding. we got 5 hot towels, during the flight, the food was superb, the seat clean and comfortable, the crew was super friendly, highly efficient and well trained. The only minus is their entertainment system. The content is weak, no current series box sets, rarely any new and interesting movies, the music selection is also not on par with Singapore, BA, Emirates or Qatar. All in all Thai is back and the service as exellent as pre-covid. My favourite seats are always 12 A or 12 K (at the window).

  3. A good review unlike many posted by our our American friends who don’t understand or appreciate food and wine. I am travelling to Melbourne Australia on an A350 in early December and am very interested to see if Thai has maintained their improved business class service.

  4. Another great review, Magnus. I am flying to Australia and New Zealand in 2025, hopefully in first class via Oslo with Lufthansa and one options is with Thai so looking forward to that. Keep the fabulous reviews coming and thank you 😊

  5. Very nice review, but fly all the way to BKK and then climb onto a bus to the gate, same as many domestic flights they don't go to teh gate, you have to get on a coach!!!! Never understood why

  6. I flew Thai on there nonstop LAX – BANGKOK prior to Covid in Business Class and it was AWFUL!! Service was TERRIBLE, food was TERRIBLE!! and when I complained to Thai CORP. they responded with "oh that is to bad"!!1 So never again for me. Glas your flight was so good. Nice video!!

  7. Good report. You highlight the food experience, which I like. The Amuse Bouche looked tasty, an important part of a dinner presentation.

  8. Thank you Magnus for showing me this nice video. I have not been on a Thai aircraft and are not planning it. Plan to ride a SAS A 350 to US in May 2024. Hopefully on a 2-4-1 ticket in Business Class
