Japan is following the path as what Thailand did in the past,when holiday expenses start to add up,tourists start to wise up and decide to visit somewhere else that does not reduce their spending power. Japan would start to realise that it would gain the reputation of taking advantage of vistors, when that happens,it will hurt them in the long run. The only thing that visitors can tolerate this nonsense, is the weak yen, otherwise they will go in the opposite direction. By that time, it will be too late.😎
