  6. My recent trip to Cairo left me with mixed feelings, especially considering I've explored numerous destinations across the Middle East. I even lived in the region for some years… Unfortunately, Cairo and Egypt, in general, didn't quite resonate with me. What surprised me the most was the prevalence of scams. It's rather astonishing that even in multinational corporations like Vodafone, one can fall victim to scams. In my case, I ended up paying twice the rightful price for their SIM cards. They simply wrote down the prices on a piece of paper without showing any official rates. After confirming with my Egyptian friends, it became clear that I had overpaid at Vodafone. While Egypt boasts remarkable attractions ,their treatment of tourists can be shit. There are ton of better places to visit in the region!

And it gets better as you leave downtown areas or near tourist attractions in general. But still, be aware that in Egypt you are not a human, rather than a walking ATM machine.

  7. Thank you for the text on the screen and jumping to the maps, etc. I like to screenshot to help myself later, and this was very useful!!

  8. Uber works with international numbers. I've used my same account in many countries. Is the Karim app safe or advisable?

  9. Your eyes are beautiful and attractive, and we thank you for your tiredness and appreciation for Egypt, and you are Egyptian, hand, and Egypt loves you very much, she and her and her people 🎖🌹🎖🌹❤️🇪🇬

  10. Hello!! I will be traveling to Egypt early December. Although we are with a tour, I've been watching your videos and taking some notes.
    Thanks for the info.
    Few question:
Can you speak to the atmosphere for African American Women??
Do quite a few people speak english?
I noticed you always have a scarf. Will there be places we will be required to cover our hair??
Also few tips on appropriate dress code.
I hope you see this before we leave.
    Thanks in advance.

  11. Egyptian leader, stupid to use Israeli loan money, now your country can't do anything because of debt, now Egypt is no longer sovereign, because of Israeli slaves 💩💩💩🇪🇬

  12. Giselle, your tips are very useful. I Have a question for you: I will have some free hours in Cairo and I would like to visit some places. How is UBER to visit tourist places in Cairo?
