This Tokyo salaryman moved from the big city to open a Ramen shop on this island and help solve the islands wild boar problem by creating a tasty ramen from the invasive wild boars that destroy the local farming community’s crops.

    因みに、魚は新鮮さを保つ為にその場で「活け締め」をしますが、猪の場合は弱らせるのでしょうか・・・❔🤔

  3. 正直、最初は疑問を感じました。只、考えたら猪しかり熊、鹿…等々保護意識が異常ですよね。むしろ単純な間引きなのでは無いでしょうか。増えると確実に農家が迷惑をこうむるわけで、食用として利用するのって、昨今の増えすぎた状況からしてみれば正しいと思います。農作物が被害を受けてそのせいで出荷に影響が出るのって家計を思いっきり圧迫するし、ここに来て増税クソ眼鏡とか節税ウソ眼鏡の所業で今後ますます困りますよね。食用として利用して美味しいって言ってもらえるのであればホントに頑張って続けてほしいですね。

  6. While baby boars and pigs are cute, in this case they can cause a lot of damage and trouble for residences. I know it's a similar case in states like Texas. As others have said, it's interesting to see this aspect of the ones who trap and butcher them! Not seen much at all.

  7. The meat's color is such a deep red. I haven't eaten wild boar meat before but I guess it'll probably have some beef texture.

  9. It looks so tasty. I was surprised he had his own gun. Always heard they were completely illegal to own in Japan. Seems like it's completely illegal, just extremely regulated.
