Here's a true story you can believe, I grew up dirt poor in a trailer park outside of Atlanta, GA USA and I unfortunaltely grew up on Maruchan Chicken Ramen and I think at the time they were 10 cents a piece but they kept us from starving at least and tasted good.
Signiel Busan is ok but I agree with your assessment. I like the Josun Palace which is more or less next door to the Signiel. I typically stay at the LCT which is great!

For the expensive buffet, you pay for 1. Ambience/location, 2. For expensive ingredients unfortunately they didn't prepare it well.
