Located on the north side of Arashiyama, this area boasts the nostalgic town of Saga Toriimoto, and along the Saga Toriimoto Preserved Street(Atago Kaido), you can enjoy the enchanting autumn leaves.     I went on this route from the opposite direction: we started from Otagi Nenbutsuji and walked back to Tenryuji, if you're a tourist,after Adashino nenbutsuji, there is a Mayumura shop selling souvenirs made from silkworm cocoons. They are unique souvenirs and not expensive. In your video it is at 22:02. It seems that many people know this route now. By then it was quite deserted. I didn't see anyone else until Adashino Nenbutsuji and met two Italians travellers there! Thank you for today walk, it bring back my memory!
