In this walking tour, we explore one of Tokyo’s many alleyways or Yokocho in a side suburb, Nakano!
Yokocho’s are a prime area for finding a good meal or drink, whether its after work or on the weekends as they offer high quality foods with each shop offering something different and unique to attract attention and you’ll often find locals frequenting the same places as a “3rd place”
These narrow side streets shops are also quite small and tight usually fitting no more than around 6-8 people, which helps encouraging conversations with over locals and getting to know the small business owners!
