This guy get it right with the shrimp fried rice. Cook the rice and add the shrimp separately instead of cooking the shrimp WITH the rice. That way you have two distinct taste. Fried rice with shrimp in it instead of some shrimpy tasting fried with with shrimp…..that drives crazy.

いいな、ホントこのお店みたいなところが頑張って欲しいと思います。増税クソ眼鏡のせいで今後、全国民が更に厳しい状況に追い込まれるの必至でサラリーマンが昼食に拠出できる金額なんて…だれもが安価な丼物のお店に走るかコンビニの最近出始めた激安弁当でしょう。自分はこのお店の料理食べた事ないけど厨房の様子やお客さんの感想、美味しい食事ってやる気の源だと思う。
