【4K Stroll】Shinsekai – Osaka – Japan / Retro Downtown Area With the Iconic Tsutenkaku Tower

✋Hello! Today we will walk the alleys of the Shinsekai, which is a nostalgic part of Osaka. The center of the district has not changed much since it was built over 100 years ago. You can feel the retro atmosphere here with many traditional restaurants.

Shinsekai what literally means”New World” is a district in Osaka that was developed before the war and adopted its current layout following the success of the 1903 National Industrial Exposition. The northern part of Shinsekai was built on the model of Paris, and the southern part on the model of Coney Island in New York. In the center of the district there is the Tsutenkaku Tower, originally constructed in 1912. It was inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris and it’s a nostalgic symbol of Shinsekai. The tower was rebuilt in 1956 and is 103 meters high, and the observatory is located at 91 meters. The most popular specialty of the district is Kushikatsu. It is a dish in which various kinds of ingredients are skewered, coated, fried, and eaten with sauce.

May happiness be with this place.

✅ The video is 4K/60fps, so playing at not less than 720p is recommended.
✅ The audio is binaural recording, so I think that you can enjoy a more sense of reality by using earphones. 🎧
