You can buy good jambon beurre sandwhiches at much more affordable prices in Paris, Luke went to a very expensive one but don't be fooled, you can get one for 3.50-5€ in every normal Boulangerie.
Pain au chocolat / Croissant / Pain au raison – We have tradionnaly 'viennoiseries' only on sunday morning in France, and only from Patissiers. (but today i fear the worst with fatty food and supermarkets offers..). And my grand-mother used to set them on a low heat oven for 5 minutes before plating. Mon souvenir ma Mamie Madeleine.

Too bad you didn't try the "flan" at the boulangerie!! You really have to try it, and that one looked so appetizing!
I also suggest eating éclairs!! These are very French! Try them from a boulangerie (as opposed to a pâtisserie).

Forget all you can see in this vidéo. Keep your money . As à french , look for the small street without tourist ,there is many boulangerie, pâtisserie, restaurant so cheaper and very good . A jambon beurre don’t coast 14 € but 3€ . Thé price for à coffee is 2 € maximum ,à beer 3€ . Look where the locals are going ,they know what to do .

I like citytrips in the fall. I realy like the macron aesthetic, even tho the wheater was a little gloomy the colours looked great. Its expencive but yea sometimes you want to taste something you can reminder.
