It is always a crowded town, but this day was especially crowded because of the Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival. There was a lively and fun atmosphere at Nakaikebukuro Park, Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park, and Ike-San Park, where many people gathered in anime cosplay.
