I mentioned in a comment on your last video about my friend who lives not too far from Fukuoka. Well, one of his favorite foods is okonomiyaki, though he prefers the Hiroshima version, which is slightly different. (He went to university in Hiroshima.) I’ve only had okonomiyaki once, and it was the Osaka version, which I liked. I hope yours was good, too!
