Wow, what a generous upgrade from the Hilton Hiroshima!
I was so burnt and tired I mumbled my way through this walk through.
I had just spent the night on a bench outside at the airport, then walked the Fish Market in Tokyo all morning, made my flight and took the scenic route to the hotel with my bags on my back…
After my recent mixed American experiences with Hilton to be frank the level of service here was a tad bit uncomfortable for me. Everyone I encountered seemed more concerned with me having a stupendous trip than I was. Constantly offering polite recommendations when appropriate and just doing everything possible to ensure I was smiling and happy.
