We enjoyed Sam’s Fried ice cream, which was fun to watch them make. Sam’s Fried Ice Cream launched at a local street fair in 2011. They take frozen balls of ice cream, whirl them in batter, and then deep fry them. Once done, they are coated with some powdered sugar, or chocolate drizzle. Scrumptious. Finally, we completed our culinary voyage with the unique, matcha croissant cube, and Ube japanese pancakes, from Soft Bite. Unfortunately, after all of that, we could not eat any more, but we still strolled around looking at the variety of other food and beverage vendors.
