  1. すげええええ!!こういう桃源郷のような生活に憧れ何度も妄想したことはありますが、それを実際に形にして趣味ではなくビジネスととして成功させるなんて本当にすごい!としか言いようがありません。

  2. 稾の説明で大家が無農薬で米作ってるのほんとかな?
    無農薬でコメ作るのがどれだけ大変かわかるから言ってる。
    1俵(60㌔)に5万以上の付加価値つけれる大家さんなのかな?

  3. 素晴らしいお料理なのですが、一つだけ 土佐人として納得できないことが有りました。
    カツオを藁で燻してから 火で炙る手法に感心してましたが 最後に何故 水道水で洗うのか? 藁の香りや風味も飛ぶし 皮目の香ばしさが水分で弱くなります。 もったいないと思いました。
    それよりは 温かいタタキを出してあげた方が 美味しそうな冷たい刺身との対比で驚く方が多いと思います。
    高知では 基本的にタタキを氷締めせずに出すのが 普通です。
    後は にんにくスライスが欲しいところです。

    地のもの以外もあり、山より海の幸に力を入れられてるので、できれば観光客ではなく地元の方に行ってほしいかな

  6. It's insane for him to think that the water is the same over the whole of Europe, it's a big place. For instance the water in London and the south of England is completely different than water you get in Liverpool and Manchester. London water comes from chalk aquifers so is very hard, whereas water in the NW of England comes from the Welsh mountains and is very soft.
