  1. This latest video marks a change for the MrCavemanFreak channel. After years of the same old cut-to-beat format, this video is slower (and, in turn, longer), it is more descript, even the title now tells us what to expect rather than some numbers or some clickbait that never happens.

It was a pleasure to watch this production. Unlike the Florida, Spain and the "2 0 1 9" videos, a story has (sort of ) been told. While the timeline is a little difficult to follow, it seems to be in chronological order. There are various items of consumer advice peppered throughout – I now know not to eat that weird biscuit item featured at 06:58 for example, and I also know to remove my shoes at the place featured at 15:14 . The music is pleasant to listen to, and generally fits what you’re watching on screen – thank god the karaoke session at 08:12 was muted as I suspect they were howling along to some dreadful noise made by those thugs from Oasis.

The only criticism I have with this entire video are the smudgy camera shots, examples at 14:34, 10:00 and 16:24. But that's quite a minor point and is outweighed by the rest of the video's general higher quality production values.

In summary, this video is, with no shadow of doubt, the second best production this channel has ever produced. This time, a story is told, the views and culture are shown properly, there aren’t any silly transitions and the end apparently made the head honcho of Rowe HQ, Tina cry (but that isn’t a hard feat to achieve). 9.5/10
