If you visit Skopje and North Macedonia it is very likely you will visit Matka canyon. Only 30 minutes away from the capital of Skopje, it is a must-visit as it is a world away. Once we got passed all of the Instagram influencers we got to have the hike to ourselves. This is the end of our very short Macedonian series and we hope to explore North Macedonia again in the future.
