The area around Shibuya Station is particularly known for its Halloween festivities, but street drinking has become commonplace, leading to obstructed pedestrian traffic, littering, and noise disturbances.
The local authorities have implemented measures to address this issue, including setting up no-drinking zones in crowded areas such as Shibuya Center Street and the vicinity of Dogenzaka.
However, on the actual day, there were instances of foreign groups openly consuming alcohol on the streets. It's essential for everyone to follow regulations and maintain good manners while enjoying Halloween celebrations. 🎃🍻
