Shanghai Cruise Port Cruise Terminal 上海吴淞口国际邮轮港 (4K)

Take a look at what the Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal (上海吴淞口国际邮轮港) looks like from the outside and the inside. The Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal at Baoshan Port was where we concluded our fun 14 Day Asia Cruise in March 2018 aboard the Princess Cruises Majestic Princess (盛世公主号) cruise ship.

Like the Hong Kong cruise port 啟德郵輪碼頭( ), the gangway is very long so if you have mobility issues you may want to request assistance from the cruise line. Disembarkation involved scanning your cruise card, then walking a large area at the cruise terminal to collect your luggage. Next you have to take go through Chinese Customs Inspection that involves inspecting your passport, then scanning of your luggage, bags and backpack. Then it was off to the tour bus area where we went on a Princess Cruises Shanghai Highlights tour which would later on drop us off at the airport for our flight back home.

The Shanghai Wusongkou Cruise Terminal is modern as you can see, but expect some lengthy wait, especially if you are disembarking a large cruise ship ours. We got off the ship at 8:45 AM, entered the terminal at around 9:15 AM, and our tour bus did not leave until 10 AM.
