If you travel to Hawaii and want a crash course in various Polynesian cultures and history, you gotta spend the day at the Polynesian Cultural Center! I took their bus with stunning views of the mountains and oceans. At the center, which is gorgeous, you can wander on your own or take a group tour. You’ll visit 6 islands including Hawaii, Fiji, Tonga, Tahiti, Samoa, and Aotearoa, each having hands on activities and entertainment! We saw a Tahitian wedding, a Samoan climb a 40 foot coconut tree. Their lu’au buffet was the best foot I had all week, they even had a poke bar!! They had live music and hula dancing telling the story of their last Queen. They finished the day with an amazing broadway level show Breath of Ha, the story was incredibly emotional, and exciting, they even had TEN fire dancers going at once! If you find yourself on Oahu, definitely save a day for the @polynesiancultural I know you’ll love it as much as I did!
