Hibiya is the area around Hibiya Avenue in Tokyo. Although there is no administrative name of adress for Hibiya, the name is widely recognized as it is used in station names, facility names, etc. In particular, Hibiya Park, surrounded by office towers, is famous as a place to relax in the heart of the city. Hibiya Park regularly hosts seasonal events and small music festivals. Hibiya is close to Tokyo Station, the Imperial Palace, and other historic facilities such as the Imperial Hotel.
