  1. I would almost fry the topping ingredients to create a better finish for uno. Add the extra cook they need. Could caramelize with onion or garlic and season with parsley. Snaking the crunchy corners at the second place, classic. There should be a way to make more pieces with crunch. The sausage looks much healthier and less oxidized at the third restaurant. Sliced cheese confuses me, creates an uneven cook. But then again whole slices retain more flavor. I wonder what a deep dish with traditional Italian ingredients would taste like with fresh buffalo mozz, basil, and parm. We need a deep dish with tiger shrimp and Maine lobster.

  2. You must come to Argentina! The best Pizzas in Buenos Aires. The best muzzarellaโ€ฆ

  3. Absolutely amazing video, love seeing Pequods on there! Me personally I like Giordanos more than Louโ€™s! Youโ€™ll have to give that pizza a try next time!

  4. Our local thin crust is almost opposite of Neopolitan style. Its called "tavern style" and has a medium thin/ver thin thin (not quite cracker) crust with heavy sauce and tons of cheese. Sausage is the king of toppings on tavern style as well.

  5. Lou Malnatis is the best chicago deep dish chain(because of the tomatoes) but Peaquads makes the best overall Deep Dish Pie(because of the caramelized cheese crust).

  6. Please come to Mansfield Ohio to the leaning tower of pizza it is the best pizza in all of Mansfield!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And not to mention we have the Ohio state reformatory an old prison where the Shawshank redemption was filmed

  7. Glad you got to real Chicago pizzerias, thin, cut in squares (natives know: deep dish = tourist pizza, only occasionally eaten).

  8. These are all top picks. As a chicagoan this list is perfect. Lous is my favorite for deep dish for sure, pequods is more of a Detroit style crust and lighter but still great

  9. NY doesn't count as pizza? Look man, I love Chicago deep dish as much as the next guy, but come on. This garbage "fight" between cities over pizza styles is moronic. First off, Detroit style is better than Chicago deep dish, so enjoy that one. And nothing will ever beat a freshly baked thin crust foldable NY slice. Come on now.

  10. I thought that I was Already Subscribed to this channel, but it said that I was Not. I am Now!!! Now when it comes to Chicago Style Pizza when I was a child between 7- 10 years old I lived within a 100 mile radius of Chicago and sometimes the family would go to Chicago to get Deep Dish. Locally though there was a place, I can't remember the name of it but they had a thin crust pizza with Canadian bacon and Sauerkraut, sounds weird but it's delicious. Long story short, I live in the South now and I will wake up in the middle of the night Dreaming about Chicago Style Pizza, And Hot Dogs, and Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches, and Hot Italian Beef Sandwiches with Hot Gardiania, Dipped… Hahahahahahahaha ๐Ÿ˜‚!!!

  11. Sorry I have to stop watching this, I am 1000 Miles Away from being able to Satisfy These Cravings…

  12. I feel you short changed everyone. You had "Chicago" style pizza and yet didn't go to Giordano's? Blasphemous! Then in my opinion you didn't have Chicago style pizza!
