I visited a local Japanese grocery store in Forest Hills, to buy ingredients for sushi rolls. I showed imported Japanese food items, not found in the usual supermarket in the US. Please join my tour to know the different products used to cook Japanese food. Unless you’re from Japan, most people just eat at Japanese restaurants and do not cook Japanese food at home.
