  1. The discussion "Were the nukes necessary?" is only done in the West. No country that has ever been under Japanese occupation wastes its time on it.

  2. Don't ever let anyone tell you we should not have dropped atomic bombs. It saved millions of American military lives (many were just teenagers) and ended the worst war in human history. PERIOD

  3. I have never felt any guilt or remorse about this because of what Japan did at Pearl Harbor. I’m 67 years old and have have never had to experience war other than hearing about Vietnam when I was a kid.

  4. The Tokyo Fire Bombing did more damage then both nuke both since it was the first time the world seen a nuclear bomb it was more traumatizing

  5. El Paso heard the blast and saw the fireball… ~160 miles away.
Don't forget the dance of the sugar plum fairies as the test was being conducted….

  6. The United States dropped atomic bombs on urban areas where civilians lived.

①The United States knew that Japan would soon surrender.

In order to prevent Japan from being occupied by the Soviet Union due to the Soviet Union's participation in the war,

The atomic bomb hastened Japan's surrender.

②The United States is the site of two types of nuclear tests (Hiroshima type and Nagasaki type).

Without hesitation, he chose an urban area where non-white people lived.

③The American leader at the time said, “Now that we are at war, it is OK to drop atomic bombs on civilians who are complicit in the war.'' 56 years later, terrorists who were at war with the United States dropped a new type of bomb, two hijacked planes, on the same citizens of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

  7. If any American every feels bad this whole thing just think about Nanjing Massacre and Unit 731. =/

  8. I think it was a very unfair thing to do. Because it affected Is multiple generations and that's just horrible. There is no need for war and yet…😢

  9. had to pause and write this comment. how o.k are we that some1 (one person) was giving the o.k to test something that could potentially blow up the planet? they were confident it wouldnt but the chance of it happening wasnt 0%.

  10. Astonishing how we as humans can so easily and willingly snatched the LIFE from another human being. We only get one opportunity at life and we can so easily take it from each other. Bodies completely vaporized leaving behind a forever imprint is scary. The fact that so many innocent lives, having nothing to do with a war, can be so willingly claimed, is beyond sad.

  11. Если ты хочешь чтобы на тебя не сбросили ядерную бомбу, к тебя тоже должа быть такая же. Atomic power делает людей рассудительными
