Woah, very nice indeed, Im so surprised that he said ‘sumimasen’ for the word he uses the most, and more so because I was kind of expecting that, and it happened so, well from his interview we can say working conditions are better in Japan compared to China, but still if a person spends most of the time saying, ‘sorry’ the culture needs to be way better 😊 there a big big room for improvement still
